About Us
Mount Carmel Baptist Church
Has been here serving the Lord since 1895. We are a small country church that focuses on preaching the gospel, caring for one another and trying to reach our neighbors for Christ. We strive for worship that is biblical and relevant. In our worship we like to include the best of several styles of music from gospel hymns to contemporary Christian music.
Sunday School starts at 10:00 a.m.
Worship Service 11:00 a.m.
Wednesday Night Bible Study 7p.m.
Pastor Mark Garrett
Has been our pastor since 2017. Pastor Mark graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 1981 with a Masters of Divinity. He has pastored Southern Baptist churches in Oklahoma, Texas and Maryland since graduation. He and his wife, Gail have been married 41 years.
